I'm new to Mustang

Hello everybody! I just wanted to introduce myself.

I'm new to Mustang. I've owned:
1991 VW Jetta GLI
1992 Acura Integra GS
2004 VW GTI
2007 Ford Focus (Turbo'd)
2011 VW GTI (current)

I test drove a base Mustang GT and fell in love with it. I just ordered a white 2015 Mustang GT Premium. It will be my first V8 car. I also ordered GT Performance Package and Recaro seats. I can't wait!

Currently have a '10 GTI. APR chipped, 2 door, manual and still love my ride. However, I'm not getting any younger :frusty: and have decided that I need to make my little contribution to global warming and excessive gas consumption while I can. I've also never personally owned a V-8 RWD vehicle before so I have just about decided to pull the trigger and go order what I want. My wife thinks I'm crazy. A friend who just bought an Evo X GSR also thinks I'm nuts for just considering a rustang. Let alone dropping $40K on one.

Was set on the DIY Bullitt combo (Guard GT w/ PP) but really find myself wanting Wimbledon White now. We'll see. I hate to order something and have it show up in the middle of winter. But if it takes until February or March of next year then maybe it'll warm up enough for me not have to throw winter tires on until December 2015. I love Recaros but not willing to give up heated seats for the couple of times I'll actually auto-x it.

Lots of GTI owners here. I think you'll enjoy the Mustang.

Here's some of my window stickers, the ones that survived or didn't end up in a box somewhere anyway. A couple were never delivered intact due to sloppy PDI guys.

I know... there's a Prius in there. Hey, I wanted the carpool lane stickers back then for my 150 mile round trip daily commute. :shrug:

Wimbledon White is only on the Limited cars and I think most are pre-sold. Oxford White is available for ordering.
