Idle on Brake

Is there a parameter for Idle on Brake tuning?

I know my idle goes down a couple hundred when I have my foot on the brake. Most newer cars have this "fuel savings" feature now. If that's what you're asking?

I never noticed any difference in idle when pressing on the brakes.
The only time is when the car is moving and I am in neutral, the engine would rev up a little bit to help in gear coasting like lessen engine braking effect.

That's likely the brake booster taking a draw from the engine vacuum - completely normal.

It does it three times then comes up stable for a bit then starts all over (unless I let off the brake).

I tested my on my lunch break today, the RPMs barely dipped.

You may have a vacuum leak somewhere. Id take a look under the hood.
