Help
Rookie Question: last week had a day of pouring rain, next day went to drive the Mustang and the CEL came on reading (P2254 - Oxygen Sensor Reference Ground Circuit Open - Bank 2) and started having idle issues. 2 days ago the CEL went off on its own, but the idle is still surging from 500 to 1200 at stops. My brother in law, put it on the scanner yesterday and had the code cleared although the CEL was no longer on. Checked around intake, MAF and TB for any vacuum leaks, but found nothing obvious. Could it be tune? Vacuum leak? No handheld tuner or anything and not sure where it was tuned before.
Please help, any ideas?
