Okay, not really. I thought I could live with an automatic. I just can't do it anymore. So, I traded in the 2016 Magnetic California Special with 6 speed automatic for a 2017 Grabber Blue California Special with 6 speed manual.

So jealous. After only a few months of owning my automatic vert, I've considered doing the exact same thing. Only problem is I was like 13k+ in mods, didn't want to pay shop to remove mods, etc. Ahhh.

Beautiful car though man!

I think with SC, I would keep the auto. It's just more reliable.
Manual is fun if you wanna keep it stock.

Lol. I just drive with the paddles all the time and wish I had gone that route far back. I know the autos are faster and all but I feel like there's some enjoyment that I'm missing out on, lol.

I haven't seen much evidence here of MT82 weakness aside from failed clutches, and maybe a 1st-2nd sync issue in colder weather. I would like to see more photos of failed MT82 parts. There are a couple of postings for broken gears but no photos. What's more likely, a failed MT82 or a failed OPG?

How much did the dealers eat off your trade?

I seriously would be considering a MY18 or go big with GT500, but I suspect dealers would just tear me a new one on trading in and mark ups on a GT500

Good move! I had a rental V6 auto recently. I couldn't stand it. I couldn't care less if auto is faster. It just kills almost all the fun of driving for me.

Even thoguh the auto is faster, it's lame. Your GB GT/CS looks sharp!

A Grabber Blue California Special........probably my top pic of colour and trim at the moment.......although I'd have gone with the auto (need some balance in this thread :p )

A stunning car, congratulations! Any mods planned? I recall your Magnetic was lowered and had a nice exhaust?

Two pedals is so wrong. I lived with an auto trans vehicle for about a year. Hated it so much. When I had to stop suddenly I always found my left foot frantically stomping like I was at a hodown in a futile search for the clutch pedal.

And I think about trading mine in all the time just for that color. Love it.
