Sorry if I missed it... but I have a few questions...

-Were the offsets of those 20x10s and 20x11s listed?
-Any confirmation that the 18x10 square setup will fit over the PP brakes?

I'd like to buy a set of 18x10s (or 18x10.5s if they'll fit) for track days, and then staggered 19s or 20s for the street... I'd like to have them at least ordered before my car gets here, if not actually delivered.

Worst case, the 18x10 track set up we have will work on the S197 AND all S550 minus GTPP. As much as I would like to let you know, we are still fine tuning the new 20" and 19" offsets, so at this point I can't state what et's we had on the car. You have to leave a little to the imagination right? ;)

As for the 18" I see that S550 guy already answered.

Mr. Solis: I have always loved your S197! Trading in for an S550?

In regards to 19" fitment, I would love to hear from you guys what you would like to see for widths. Keep in mind that tire sizes beyond 285 and 295 is slim to none for 19". We are leaning towards one of the following...

1) 19x9.5 front and 19x10.5 rear: With this the GT PP owners could transfer over their OEM tires. Or run a 265 or 275 tire up front and a 285 or 295 tire out back.

2) 19x9.5 front and 19x10 rear: Same thing with the OEM tires AND could make for a good Square option with the 19x10.

3) 19x10 front and 19x10.5 rear: With this set up the OEM GT PP 255/40 19 would be a bit of a stretch on the 10" front so it would not be as versatile, but it would be a bit more aggressive and enable a 275 or 285 front with 295 rear. We could also potentially have a square option out of this with either the 19x10 or 19x10.5.

If not, I'd like 19x10 square for track.

Street for me would be ideally 19x10 and 19x11 (or 20s depending on how big/small the 19s look in person).

The 35 series sidewall on a 19 makes it hard but give it time haha.

The reason I wanted wider, is the same many others will... to stuff big rubber in there when going with a blower/turbo/etc.

It will be a real debate between 19's and 20's for me and it might come down to tire availability. Those 20x10 and 20x11's looked fantastic although they seemed to dwarf the brakes a little but those weren't the brembos.

As for 19's if I go that route I would love to see #1 the 19x9.5 and 19x10.5 with 275 and 295's respectively. I like the little bit of mechanical grip that comes with a more staggered setup.

You see that's the thing, do a search for tires larger than 295 for the S550 in the proper or even close to OEM diameter. You could do 305/30 19 but then you are going 1 inch shorter than OEM, and a 305/35 19 does not exist. Here is what you have in 315/30 19, but again 1 inch shorter AND they are slicks: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/TireSearchResults.jsp?skipOver=true&performance=ALL&width=315%2F&ratio=30&diameter=19 That is why I would steer away from a 19x11. Yes you could stretch a 285 and 295 tire on an 11", but it profiles far better on a 10" to 10.5".

Hi Todd, see my post above. The problem is that for a 19x11 rear, there really aren't any proper OEM diameter tire options in 305 or 315. Believe me I wish there were.
