You can have your girlfriend say my favorite line when I see someone with a V6 Mustang. I say, "I really like your Mustang, does it come in a men's version too?" You'd be a brave man to get the 4 banger while she has the V8. I guarantee she'll take a shot or two when you guys get into a disagreement. Post any funny lines she unleashes.

Well none of this its about a man card or what her dad wants or how she sees him. Bottom line is I can't afford to pay for a gt premium especially the way i want it. And yeah I will get better mpg with an ecoboost then a gt. As far as mods on the ecoboost I.will only throw an intake on it and a exhaust system with an accessport, im sure the mpg won't be as low as a gt retuned. I have a 09gsxr 600 for commuting as well but there's nothing like the comfort or my own car compared to a bike. I feel like this is a stangbang and im the mustang haha but yeah the majority of comments are hilarious

I think you should break up with her. Clearly you're not man enough for her.

maybe just lease a Civic for around 149 a month until you've saved up? Just a suggestion.

05 TL fully loaded. This model is made from 04-08 and I would still rather keep this then buy a civic.lol
I assumed that you only have one car. Why not sell the TL, and get the GT then? I guarantee that you will have buyers remorse when your girlfriend fires up the V8, and you hear that deep burble, and you fire yours up, and hear that high pitched, tinny rice burner sound. Blecccchhhhh!!!!!
I picture your father in law shaking his head at his emasculated son in law, lol!
Just busting your chops a bit, mate. Get what you want.

I dont think shes getting the GT anymore, we talked about it today and she doesnt want to wait. So were going car shopping for her tomorrow. She says she wants a Altima or camry now. As far as the TL I think I'm going to keep it just in case we need an extra car (Emergency).

Overall this thread has been very funny. I really do appreciate everyones responses. If she does decide to show me up n get a 5.0 ill definitely make sure to let you guys know though.

Thanks again

Like a dude who is lucky as fk to have a girlfriend who drives a 5.0? Man you get to drive BOTH cars now, and they are both sick. Talk about first world problems lol
Thanks for posting this....It saved me a bunch of typing!

In other words, I agree with Malikona!

I told her and she doesn't want to wait. I guess if they come out sooner then the mustangs she'll probably get one. They have good deals on the 14 SEs atm 0%apr with 1500 cash back. But now im going to look Into the 15s for her.
