How to take off Steeds Adjustable thread portion

Steeda sent me a replacement shock for my coilovers. Only thing is the adjustable thread portion is missing. How do it transfer this? Get it off???

I'd call Steeda.

Is there a lock screw on the coilover adapter that you need to loosen?

We have another strut coming to you with the threaded portion. That was shipped in error.
