Stretch strip to get rubber off hard plastic first.
Hard plastic pieces i cant remember but was able to get all out none damaged.
They have detents where trick is getting both sides compressed to back out.
Pull one side and rock then other side?
Or maybe plastic notched trim tool?
Cant remember how but they do come out easily once figured.
