How to Get A/C Blower Out

Anybody know how big of a job it is to get the A/C blower out and where to start?

I would say dropping the glove box is the first step but make sure you disconnect the battery because there is an airbag in it.

I appreciate the answer Jason. As an FYI to everyone, I found that the blower will come out without removing the glove box. It helps if you can stand on your head.
