While browsing for other topics on the web (exhaust set ups, best wheel and tire set ups, etc.) I have noticed that for some people their mustang does not honk the horn twice like mine does when using the remote start feature.

Was curious to know if there was a trick/setting that will turn the horn off when remote starting the car, or is it based on other factors like year and trim?

For reference mine is a 2020 GT Premium

might be your fob lock button issue. it's double-clicking hence the horn.

Could have sworn I was told I had to double click the lock button then double click the remote start button, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was just user error, I'll give it a try soon, thank you.
