how to change hadlight bulb?

Hi, I am trying to change my stock oem hid bulb to 6k and after taking rubber cap off, I'm like what is going on...... I saw some pics about butter fly clip but no idea how to take it off.. not trying to remove bumper as right now... do I just stick my hand in and able to get that butter fly clip??

fast forward to about 2 minutes... You can reach from the wheel well which is what I'm guessing you did.
