How long is to long

This may not be the proper section. So mods move it if need be. So here's my question.

Ordered a Cobb accessport. Got it the next day opened the box up and noticed that the tuner was returned to the company. There was no insert card stating on how to download the accessport manager, no Cobb stickers(not a big deal), no screen protector on the screen, and twist ties where just laying in the box. Emailed the company within 20 minutes of it being delivered, this was at 2mst and still haven't heard back from them. Am I being over anxious or should I have already heard back?

I see these types of threads all too often these days. Not to rag personally as I don't know you at all, but really you ought to exhaust all lines of communication with the vendor before posting here. I find it to be disrespectful of the excellent, for the most part, vendors who do business on here.

Again not trying to stir the pot, and I do hope you get it straightened out but this isn't really the place to get it worked out until after the vendor has hung you out to dry IMO.

I didn't post where i bought it from. But I understand what you are getting at. I guess I should have asked how long should I wait until I start nagging them to death.
