How Do You Take The Console Apart?

After taking the 4 bolts from the footwell area and removing the shifter booth assembly i couldnt get the console pop open from the rear cup holder area. Is it possible to remove it from the front instead of the back. I have a broken shifter booth clip rattling inside the console that i need to get rid off. Anyone had luck with this thing?
