Flash to stock file, then reflash your tune.

Typically they advise this when they see something is off calibration/not working properly, like for example going e85 and the Ach% not learning

Just press TUNING then press LOAD TUNE but im curious why a shop is telling you this if you went there with the tune loaded . There should be no reason unless they flashed the PCM and the tune is gone. If so then your device will be locked out if they flashed over it with a IDS tool . If it does not flash the car again with you doing it then email us at Lund and tell us that you need a unlock file so you can then reflash the tune. I will take care of it with you .

Also note, if you are on a Flex Fuel tune then its a learning logic tune and I feel it should only be used for transitional purposes hence why we give you the pump gas tune and E85 only tune. If you know you have a dedicated fuel in the tank then flash the dedicated fuel tune. Flex has a crap learning curve more on Gen 3 cars too. Use it only for transitioning fuels as that is the best route. You dont need to have it re learn the fuel if you have a dedicated fuel in the tank

and I know you have a Gen 2 as you said so my Gen 3 comment still slightly applies as its still wideband learning logic not a flex sensor.
