How do I get A/Z plan pricing?

It appears that some dealers are offering A/Z on in-stock cars (still hard to come by) but I have no friends and no family that works for Ford. Is there some other way that I can qualify for this quite substantial discount? Or is it the same as X-plan (which I can get)?
