They are only doing it has the chrome strip does not join up acceptably, there is a gap

The strip is part of the Windows so they all need replacing . They only replaced the rear section last time rather than the whole thing, and the gap remained

I did ask them to replace with the non customs pack surround but they won't do that so they are trying again

I spotted this issue on a car T the dealers so I checked all the other cats they had in at the time. Out of 4 cars only one was totally free of the issue and that was my first one. L

I know that's why I wanted black replacements .. but no the cheaper option is not acceptable to ford. Must be replaced like for like irrespective of what you want. "Making the customer happy is not the warranty departments goal
