How’s the Cervini Stalker hood?

Hood developed the dreaded lip corrosion after my 3 year lapsed (‘15, no 5/60 corrosion warranty), so thinking about going with Cervini’s Stalker.

Anybody have fitment issues with theirs?
How was the pre-paint option quality?
Movement at highway speeds like stock?
Did you go with the ram air scoop?

Guess nobody has one!! lmao!!...anyway, I spoke to 4 whaohave the Stalker Hood, they all say it’s a quality piece!! Fit is almost perfect, maybe some tweaking required?? Took me 14 days to get mine... New Jersey to Blaine Wa...then across the border to Vancouver BC!!! I figure I’ll be the only one!! I’m in Mexico til April, will have it fit, flattened and Black/cleared when I return! YES....also got the RAAM AIR and their hood struts. Pretty pumped about it!!!.......this is not my hood, just a pic!!! !

Also...take a look at the back of the hood...the big lip that says CERVINI.....I will glass that over, smooth it out, paint it Black and add my signature..... BLACK MAGIC..... I’ll have a sticker made when I see what the dimensions are....

I didn't get the Ram Air, since my car has a blower on it. I didn't put any mesh over the hole in the front. It gets some dust in the engine compartment, but not bad really.

Hhhhmmmm.... weight??? Way off the mark! I researched it.....

Ya...the stock hood is 36lbs.....new hood 60lbs...

minus the 17lbs resonator suitcase I got rid of from the exhaust..... . And lost another 2lbs deleting the sound tube.... .......total...41lbs .... so in fact, it adds 5lbs to the front of my car car!! No big deal to me....after I added another 30-35hp with the CAI, Tune, and 3inch cat back system!! ....I got the Cervini Hood Struts they designed for this hood!!!

Love it!!!..how was your overall fit...I don’t mean finish.... I’m thinking I may just go ahead and get my shop to paint it ....then just re &re when I get back from Mexico in April!!!! Thanx.
