Hood Ajar Alert

I picked up my mustang yesterday and keep getting the Hood Ajar alert. The hood is safely closed. Anyone having same problem or anyone know how I can clear it?

The only thing I can see is the hood is not aligned. There seems to be a bigger gap on left hood closing than the right. This is left side.

Check the hood switch and/or bracket alignment....easy peezy..

So I adjusted the bumpers and the hood ajar alert went away but hood still not completely even on both sides. Still lots of trial and error but not happy with alignment.:headbonk:

A guy on SVTP is having the same issue, but his car also caught fire so the hood is the least of his worries.

I had the same problem once, and hasnt happened since.
