going to the track tonight in my 16 gt 6MT. Only mods are tune and intake Any advice for launching I'm running 275 Nitto NT555 in the rear.

Be prepared for some serious wheel hop... and when it does get out of the gas soon as you can, or bewm goes halfshafts. You'll have to seriously underrev, and slip the clutch a lot.
