Has anyone considered taking their car to Hennessey?

The car looks amazing but I've seen so many articles about them not completing cars and being taken to court over money. It would be nice to here from someone who has dealt with them as I have not.

I would ask the Viper forums since there you'll find more info on that. However, with so many options for the Mustang why go with someone who has that much smoke? Maybe one or two incidents is not a thing. . But it wasn't one or two.

Good luck getting in line, unless you are ready to spend a nice premium and wait quite a bit longer than you would with someone else.

Hennessey quoted 17,500 for their package. Felt it was way over price. Found a place that I felt comfortable with in Houston. Half the price and more Horsepower from a Kenne Bell system. Search Boostworks they are located in Katy, Tx.

I just picked mine up from Hennessey today. I got the hpe750 package. So far, so good. I'll post a bunch of pics and info on my members build thread as I travel home with it and start modifying the rest of it.

I'll put a ton of pics on my member thread. The 17,900 is for the 700, I got the 750. Honestly, I'd have to figure out what exactly I paid. I was one of the first to order, and then upgraded from the 700 to the 750 when they changed the packages...I'd get a number when I get home, after all the changes I made I lost track...haha..oops. I have the carbon fiber package coming, the company making them is just getting rolling with the new pieces. I've heard about past issues with Hennessey, and honestly I was a little nervous about it. The salesman I dealt with is amazing, straight forward and seems truly honest. I went in with the hopes that any issues they had were in the past, and the experience for me from start to finish was top notch. They treated me extremely well. Ill go back in a heartbeat.

A new run on the 200MPH barrier. This thing hit 207.9 so easy. Looks like it still had a good bit left to keep pulling to 215 or a bit more? That is my guess.
