Help with driver side vanity mirror and homelink

I have a 2019 gt and the driver side homelink and vanity mirror doesn't work has anyone resolved this issue? I’ve also checked wiring and it doesn't appear to be damaged and I heard some people say to change the fuse but I couldn’t find any fuse for it in the manual.
