Help with CEL P0315

[cop on my back]

P0315 is crankshaft variation not learned. Short story, blew up clutch on road course when out of town. Got clutch replaced while out of town. Faught misfire codes and played with SCT tuner to try and relearn crank trigger on way home but ended up with code P0315 now.

I cannot reset this code no matter what I have tried. I put stock tune back in and no luck. Put performance tune back on and no luck. Car runs fine, but has the CEL.
