Simple enough I want feedback / opinions on doing my setup.
I have a completely stock 2022 Ford Mustang Gt with a 3.55 rear end / active exhaust / auto. It’s used as a daily driver.

Goals : I wanna keep it NA. I do have a local track that I will eventually play around with but I’m not at this time going serious into it unless the class or grudge race suits me.

I want to keep active exhaust I want to change my wheel and tire setup to staggered but haven’t decided on the tire or stance.

so what suggestions would you do. Let’s talk.

I’ve looked into this and my current situation will be far and in between I believe the nearest 85 gas station is 30 mins out. I’m sure with whatever tuner i go with I’ll get it for sure though cause I travel.

Just so it’s more clear. Pretty much looking for people to share their bolt on mods list / set whole set up for their daily driver. How they feel about it. What they really liked or what worked well for them.

Hi,

Some things that have worked well for me are:
1. Pull the carbon trap from the air filter box. This will very slighlty improve the smoothness and throttle response at zero cost.
2. Install strut tower brace, cowl brace and k-member brace. Mine came with these stock and the car's front end handling is solid.
3. Install one of Steedas STH kits. This will tighten up the rear suspension and stabilize handling in turns. You get a bit of an increase in road feel, but not badly.
4. I just transitioned from a stock 255/40-R19x 8.5 square setup to a 275/35-R19x9.5 square setup. I’m not sure which I like better. The car seems to have better traction in turns, but also wanders a bit more in the front, and has a bit of a vibration above 90-ish. I think that I need to get the wheels re-balanced and get some more driving time b4 I suggest better/worse. The new rims definitely look good and that's part of the puzzle. I've seen some do a staggered setup with 275/35 rear and 255/40 front. That may be an option too. Also not turning away from trying 285/35 or 275/40 when I need tires one day.

Hope this helps. :)

Yea Ive been on the 235 and hate it. All cause I didn’t pay attention when I ordered my car. Complete oversight. But also allows me to get a new setup. I’ve been eyeing 275 /285 and going back and forth on 35/40.

is the vibration in the front or rear or just all around on your setup ?

Ill look into your other suggestions thanks for your time.

I'm not entirely sure yet where the vibration is coming from. It's very slight and only above 90, but it's there. When I pull it out of hibernation in the spring, I'll put the stock wheels back on the front to see how a staggered setup feels and see if the vibration goes away. May have them re-balanced b4 putting them back on if that's where the vibration is. I'm also going to trash the free-bee lug nuts that came with the wheels and replace with Gorillas.
