Help guys!...

I'm based in Jersey (not the one in the USA - the little 9x5 mile island that's halfway between England and France which is almost impossible to find on a map and which NJ actually is named after) and have just realised one of my lifelong ambitions to own a Mustang, and in a couple of weeks will be picking up my UK spec GT PP.

Getting wheels from the USA is a PITA due to excessive shipping costs and the high risk of damage in transit, so I'm looking to find something from the UK/EU that will suit, and we have f**k all choice over here for cars like the Mustang as everything is designed for the usual boring and samey Euro crap (BMW, Audi, Mercedes) which litters our streets.

I've found a set of wheels from a reputable UK manufacturer (Judd Wheels) which I can get in the sizes I want - 20x9 ET25 front and 20x10.5 ET45 rear, but I'm concerned about clearance of the Brembo's.

The 20x9 ET25 fronts have a narrowing (which can be seen in the pic below), near enough in the middle of the barrel in which the valve is seated (facing forwards obviously, but at an angle, as the sides of the narrowing are not at 90 degrees to the rest of the barrel), and I'm concerned that the angle of the valve will cause it to hit the Brembo caliper.

While I realise it's highly unlikely anybody here probably has these wheels, does anyone else have 20" wheels with a similar narrowing and (almost central or inner barrel) valve placement, and have they had any issues?

I'm hoping that being 20" it will not be a problem, but info on these in the UK and from the manufacturer is still to the larger degree non-existent as there's not that many 2015-on Mustangs over here, and it's still a pretty rare car.

Any help/comments will be much appreciated!

Congrats on the car! They should fit fine, those wheel specs look great for the GTPP. Maybe someone who has used these wheels can chime in for sure.

I have a set of 19" wheels that have a narrow barrel also (didn't quite fit over the brakes), but I would think 20" should be fine. Tough call man! Maybe see if Judd will accept a "trial" and allow you to return them for a small fee?

Congrats on the new car firstly. Also these specs will work fine and actually are specs I would recommend as well.

You are golden. Keep in mind if you want to run a 315 rear tire and are going to lower, you need to adjust the rear camber to -2 degrees or so and then your fine.

other then that your golden.

Thanks for the comments so far... really looking forward to owning/driving a Mustang which is such an iconic car... and of course it's got a V8 and it's a true American muscle car, albeit the steering wheels's on the wrong side (getting so bored with all these Euro spec do-gooder 60 miles per gallon turbo diesels which are just computers on wheels nowadays)...

I'm intending to run 265/35 fronts and 295/35 rears and have a set of KW V1 coilovers on order so hopefully no need to play with the camber.

In the US at the moment and have been shopping fervently for loads of bits to add on to the car which I pick up when I get back, just need to get the wheels sorted which, while I like the 19" PP (black) wheels supplied with the car, are way too far tucked in and I don't want to be using spacers - plus the P-Zero's have to go (in favour of MPSS or the new PS4S if they're available) as they're about as much use as a one legged man in an arse kicking contest in cold weather (which we have more than our fair share of).

No worries

I would even go wider on the tires if you can.
