That is going to be a very short sidewall which I think looks odd with these cars. Why don't you do a 265/35R20? It's the size that comes factory with the optional 20" wheels.

On a 9" rim i wouldn't want to go much more than 255 as the tread width for that size are all around 9". You could look at 265 if you are conscious of the tread width of the different tires you are looking at to give you an indication of how the tire will sit on your rim.

Nitto G2 @ 255/35/r20 recommends a 9" rim, up to a 9.5" for their 265, and down to 8.5" for their 245. Of course the rim width range for tires means you can run any of the above sizes on your rim. For turn in feel most say to have the same tread width or slightly smaller tread width than your rim width.

If you looking at budget options also take a look at the Kumho Ecsta PS91. It is also served in the sizes discussed here. They would be a pound lighter than the G2 in the front for 255 and a pound heavier in the rear for 285. They also have an unusually wide tread width for their 285 @ 10.5" while most competitors run around 10". I personally dont like the look of stretch on the rear and bulge on the front so its something I'm being picky about.
I also crave a certain amount of sidewall because my roads are junk. I hope Miami is better, here the struggle is real:

That's because they are nearly identical in sidewall height lol. The OD of the 305 is 27.2, the 255 is 27.

305/30/20 here as well. Love the look!

Honestly I run a 255/30/20 on a 9 inch vossen and it's extremely skinny for the wheel. No wheel protection at all, and after an incident a few weeks ago I really wish I would have went wider. Could have easily done 275.

There's a decent sidewall difference between those two sizes. OD of them have a delta of about an inch. Change the rear to 285/30/20 and it'll be much closer with a delta of .3 inches.

Go here and choose tire comparison. You can then compare sizes to see how close they are. https://tiresize.com/calculator/
