hello I have a repro in my ecoboost, soon I have to do the review of 15000km, the question is, in the official service can detect that there is a repro, I'm from Spain

If you're asking if they know it is tuned, then yes they can find it out if they care to check. I don't know if it matters or not for regular maintenance though.
