Update: I got the pulley removed. I used a H17 socket like @Jmeo mentioned in a previous post. He was also helpful in private messages. The problem was with the torque gun I was using. I could not get it to move with a Milwaukee medium/compact size torque gun. But thanks to @db252 for mentioning to try using a different torque gun which is what I did - I put the H17 socket on a larger gun and it came out within seconds. For anyone attempting this in the future you will need to hold the pulley tight. Also I don't know if this helped or not but I also sprayed some WD40 on it and when removing it I tapped the gun forward one quick time then put it in reverse to pull that sucker out.
