Help! Digital Dash is black and not working

Hello everyone. So shortly, I have 2018 Mustang and I didn’t start the car for 2 months because I was out of country. When I turned back couple of days ago, I charged my battery and everything is working good until now except the Digital Dash. It’s black fully or sometimes it’s black with stripes. What can it be about ? I don’t have insurance that will change the dash for free I’m hoping that it’s something fixable.

btw I’m living in Poland Warsaw and If anyone is living in Poland, I’m opened to good mechanic-service advices. Thank you from now.
