Not the issue, he doesn't know I've posted this lmao . Was more for my safety and the car's safety (and his...)
Well your safety is paramount. Your mechanic doesn't add anything to this forum ;)

Ahh, so its your fault I have to fill in about 40 pages of paper work to send an employee up a ladder....oh know sorry, I mean a podium! We cant use ladders anymore.
I need to see your risk assessment, safe system of work instructions, method statement and a copy of your public liability insurance before I can answer that question :D:D

Don't even get me started on H&S.
Safety first, no, cost first safety second, unless it's just paperwork that don't cost anything

Hope you have been able to fit it ok. Mines in the garage ready to go on. As I have the convertible, there is chassis bracing that needs to be removed to remove the original exhaust first. I think I am going to need a ramp so may have to get someone to do it for me.

Mechanically Stupid guy fits exhaust without axle-stands.

Piece of piss... Put it on a 10t hydraulic jack, then put a spare tyre under front D/S wheel. No axle-stands used. Was it easy? Yes...

Hardest part is ficing the back-boxes in place, everything else needs to be lined up, then with me being such a pedant, putting the tips on the same length each side took about an hour of un-tightening re tightening etc.

So how does it sound?
Heavenly. I took it for about a 40 mile break in run, and, well, i've had 4 comments, that's 4 people come up to me, whilst i've been parked, and talk to me, i've never had that befoe.
I've obliged to 3/3 'give it some' requests, and not felt small-c0cked by doing it.

The noise is deep, loud, Burbly and very very muscly, it's exactly the sound I was going for. I've pushed it to a constant 3.5-4k RPM, but no louder, i've blipped it at 6k and let it sit, listening to it burble and snap away. It's well worth the money, my car no longer sounds like a hair dryer (no-offence...) and sounds way more like it should, It's no V8, but my god will it give them a run for their money (stock)

Videos tomorrow btw, total fit took 2hours, however it was about 1hour of positioning the exhaust pipes as it was me being super an4l, me not wanting the exhaust to knock the vallance etc.

Makes a difference to grahams idea as 'Cossie on roids'. Not really sure what i sounds like, all I know is it sounds perfect to me, and that's all I care for !
