Headlight Switch With Manual Headlamp Levelling

I was going to order a new headlight switch from Fords part catalog due to a rattle problem. There is a version of it with headlamp levelling. Has anyone seen it? Apparently you can adjust the headlamps up and down! The original one i have doesn't have that future but my car is October 2014 built. Is this a new future and will it be functional?

I think that is for export cars. Could be way off though.

That doesn't look anything like the headlight switch in the Mustang, and there would be no way for it to work since there's no adjusting motors on the headlights.

That headlight switch is for the European Mustangs.
