(Apologies if this has been discussed before; it probably has, and I did try to search, but couldn’t quickly/easily find anything, probably because of the numbers.)

For an NA build, is it better to use 1-3/4” or 1-7/8” headers, or even 2” headers? What are the effects on low- and mid-range torque either way?

I'd go straight to the 1-7/8" headers. You won't lose anything by going with them for an NA build and they'll work better for you in the future if you ever happen to go NA. I typically don't recommend 2" headers unless it's 1000+ rwhp build.

We run the 1-7/8" Kooks on our 2018 and they've did great for us when we were NA and have supported 1100rwhp and 8.60's with the Whipple setup.

Let us know if you have any other questions and we'll be glad to assist you.
