Anyone have any issues with long tube headers rubbing the chassis of the car? Had them for 2 months now and nothing. Then I drove today and anytime I turn left I get a rubbing/vibration noise. But only when turning left. Also when I'm coasting out of gear and engine rpm is at idle I can slightly hear/feel it still when I turn left, but the noise is drastically reduced. I know it is common the have the bolts back out over time, so I'm wondering if this is the issue...also the clearance between header and body of the car use to be bigger. Now it's damn near touching. Could motor mounts have shifted over if they were loose.?

Yep, What Tim posted. Looks like on top of the A/C line bolt being an issue you need to slide your motor over some more too.

You cant see it very well in this pic but I had the same issue with my Stainless Power headers. Just filled the corner of that same stud down a little on the side.

So you can actually slide the motor slightly on the mounts?

Yes. Once you loosen the motor mount nut from the stud (seen from above looking down at the mount), the mount is notched for side-side adjustment. Loosen both sides and pry bar the motor over. Retighten.

I actually had the same issue as the op, but I removed the a/c line stud when I installed the headers. I ended up having to shift the motor over a little and it fixed the problem.

Gunna go home tonight and try this...just loosen the top nut right? Not the lower two bolts on the mount..?

Correct. Just the top nut on each side. Nothing to do on the bottom.

Alright just finished doing it no rubbing!!!! But that a/c bolt wasn't actually the culprit. It was under the car just under that bolt by about 5 inches down that was rubbing...but all is fixed! Thanks guys!
