Headed to Tampa next weekend!

Headed down to Tampa next weekend from Panama City Beach to see the Pens dust up the Lightning in game 4 (I'm originally from pittsburgh and moved to florida about a year ago). Any suggestions on where to go to eat, visit, and do tourist things?!
