Hi everyone I joined here in January and hopefully I will be picking up a Mach 1 early June I just want to find out what maidstone fords are like have any of you guys used them on your stangs?

I bought my one from there. Generally very friendly and helpful to buy from, although I had to fight them when my door actuator broke, and their idea of repairing it was to fit heated and cooled seat buttons to the dash (yeah, work that one out!). On the plus side, a fair few Mustangs come through them for Kent, so they do seem to know what their doing for the most part.

My 2017 GT came from there exactly four years ago today, have always found them helpful and the few items needing attention (puddle lights, parking brake) have been fixed under warranty (5 year extended) without fuss. I have a service plan with them too.

I ordered my 2017 there and have used them for servicing and MOT since.

Very helpful when my audio system had a hiccup, and very respectful of the Mustang come service time. The premier Ford dealer in Kent I would say.
