Adrian Flux do a like-for-like replacement for mods as long as you have the receipts. A point I made damn sure of finding out!

I can't remember who it was but they said they would pay out (if I paid an extra amount ON TOP of the premium) either 10% of the value of the car or £500, whichever was the lesser amount, for any and ALL mods! :lol:

As for the wrap, funnily enough it counts as a mod for the insurance, but as it's a temporary change of colour, you don't have to declare it to the DVLA for them to put it on the V5.

I phoned them direct having spoken to a couple of other companies regarding mods. Flux's terms were by far and away the best.

Age 41, 6 points for an SP50, no NCD, huge list of mods with like for like, euro cover, £620.

A car such as a Mustang is a typical American car. It is engineered for American clear wide straight roads (with few roundabouts), cruising at 65 and being used to hauling heavy gun toting passengers.......all at £20k less.

Ford dont make a special one for Europe. It's ok for a warm sunny afternoon in Florida but useless for the English wet Monday morning school run.
