So I need a little help deciding what to do.
Right now i have the stock Mufflers with the h-pipe resonator delete and it sounds nice, louder than stock and i would guess better flow with the h-pipe.
I would like it to be a little louder out the back without any extra cabin noise, also 4" tips will look better. So after much reading it seems like the Borla Touring Catback is the ticket but wondering if it's worth $1200, will it sound much better than what i have, does anyone have experience with both setups?
By the way I tried the FlowMaster American Thunder Axleback and it was the most horrible drone I've ever heard, removed it in 24 hours.

If you want to save money send a PM to Beefcake and get a price on the Borla S-Type axlebacks. Try them with your H-Pipe first and decide if they are too loud. (I bet they will be if all you want is a little louder than your current H-Pipe with stock).

If they are too loud get some good clamps and put your old Ford OEM resonator back on and remove the H-Pipe...sell it.

Borla S-Type axlebacks with Ford OEM resonator is very close to the same volume and sound of Boral Touring setup.

(Boral Touring is a set of Borla S-Type axlebacks with a Borla Resonator mid-muffler and a set of pipes between resonator and axle backs.)

--------------------------------
And here are some good clamps to marry up the OEM Ford resonator with the pipes previously cut, in case you decide to go this route.
(BTW...I did this myself and it sounds great. The Borla S type with H-Pipe was too loud for me)

Thanks a lot BC, this is all great info!
I probably will do the full catback just to have less clamps and I think the Borla resonator is much lighter.
BC, you are saying though that the borla s-type with resonator is louder than the stock muffler with h-pipe, correct? Especially when on the throttle?

Yes the Borla S-Type axle backs with stock OEM resonator is a good bit louder than OEM stock mufflers with H-Pipe and louder on throttle too.
Idle is louder also but not a whole lot more than stock with H-Pipe.
Also there is no drone with Borla S-Type.

EDIT:
If I had known what I know now I would have gone the Borla Touring route to begin with.
I almost spent as much anyway if I add up the cost of the Borla S-Type axle backs with the H-Pipe that I now have sitting in my garage.
Plus you are correct the Borla Touring resonator I think is about 10 or 11 pounds light than the Ford resonator which I believe weighs in at 23 pounds...might need to check me on that.
