Just got this email from the forum...

Hopefully we'll get it, at least it's got the 15-17 front end!
looks like a adapted gt350 front end (which is no surprise). it deffo doesn't have the MY18- front end due to the old style headlights. Does look like it has the rear lights from the My18 + an adapted Gt350 style lower valance. some giant end plate/splitters also sat on the side skirts behind the front wheels

gonna look epic

Definitely just not looking forward to the price tag, they reckon its going to be $70000 so you can bet it will be similar here if they bring it

Oh dear, it's clearly not mad enough for some

I absolutely don't see it? What is going to make this so special? There is nothing in those pictures that makes me regret not waiting on this car so far! I mean where's the beef! I can't be the only one that thinks it's going to look to much like your garden variety Mustang! They could have at least widen the track or something seeing it's taken several years to release. Any way maybe that wrap is just really really damn good at hiding what is under it!!
I like the fact that styling wise it's more restrained than the later S197 GT500s. Of course, most of them will end up covered in bits of extra plastic anyway. :p

I suspect it'll have far more spoilers and holes in it by the time it hits retail. Looks nice; I prefer the 15/17 headlights as they sweep up (evil) and not down (a bit sad). The same thing BMW did with the E46. Took me ages to work out what they'd done to make the car look happier.. :p
