I just got word from OEM Ford Parts that Ford pushed the backorder date from end of September to the end of October. Dang! But for $200 shipped, I suppose it is worth waiting for.

Because they have it in stock, they think impatient people would pay more. Plus they always mark up Ford OEM parts. The FRPP X pipe is 239.00 on their site and 229 on American Muscle, 203.40 at Levittownford Supercenter. Which is why I'm still waiting on my wheel for Levittown even though I placed the order early August.

Because they have to make some money on the deal; they're a 3rd party not a dealership.

They also offer a forum 8% discount so I'm not sure it's all that much more at the end of the day.

To all wondering:

I just put an order in yesterday for a personal order of 3 GT350 (non R) wheels, and Ford killed the Special Order. Looks like it'll be the end of October before another batch is able to be ordered for OTC Parts Sales.

The R ones I bet will need a VIN to order the wheels.

How difficult is the paddle shifter transfer? Happen to take any pics during the process?

Also interested in the paddle conversion, Bill from CJPP said it was a simple pull off and install but I would have liked to seen it done on an auto.
