I’ll start! But seriously...my stock PSS’s did it like crazy like everyone else. With no other changes or mods (alignment, lowering, etc) swapping to Conti Extreme Contact Sports (the new one) completely, 100% eliminated tramlining on every road I was getting it on with the Michelin’s.
Yep. Same here. Dumped those horrible Michelins with less than 300 miles. They tramline all over the place.

Got some Conti's and 100% perfect !

^^^ That is fascinating to me. My R tramlined a lot on the Cup tires, which are far stickier than PSS. Then I decided to save the CF wheels for track use and I put on some Signature wheels in identical sizes to the stock CF wheels, with PSS tires, and no tramlining at all (and the road noise reduction was huge, too). The car is downright relaxing on the highway now, even with zero toe and -2.5* camber up front.

A better alignment can definitely improve tramlining. Believe it or not, a fair amount of the tramlining can come from the back as well, so if you are doing it - get a four wheel alignment. I noticed a difference after I got the rears aligned.

I initially had some issues with the tramlining, but between knowing the local roads and getting to know the car, it doesn't bother me much any more. Part of it is relaxing and letting the car move to the part of the road it "wants" to be on. If you try to drive with the edges of the tires on a crown or depression, the car will continuously try to move away from that location and it will take a lot of energy to constantly correct the steering. If you just let the car move a little off the crown in the road, it will be a lot less twitchy. The problem isn't the car itself, but how the car reacts to certain shapes on the road surface. If you allow the car to move away from the problem areas on the road it will act a lot better.
