I added the one of the vacuum connections from my stock intake elbow. I used a two part epoxy to get it on there. So far it's been holding up. I sanded it down and plastidiped it flat black. I don't have a picture of the part just yet. I'm still waiting on it to ship. This is the link from where I purchased it. So far they are on back order and will begin to ship first week of May.
My IAT also creep up while at a stop light or heavy traffic. My solution was to open up the grill for the intake and it made a huge difference. IAT do climb but they go down quicker once I start to move. On average, my IAT would be 8-12* higher than ambient when driving 40-75 mph. Now with the grill opened up I average 2-4* higher than ambient temps at those same speeds regardless of outside temp. I have on back order the GT350 air intake snorkel that connects the air box to the grill, so I'm hoping this will help keep temps lower while in traffic or while stopped. As of now there is a gap between the grill and the air box. I'll report back when every I get it installed.
I'm running the MAF that came with the GT350 intake. I was told by Lund Racing that I can use either or as long as it's tuned for the intake
