I'm in South FL... most are asking for a premium since even the volume dealers only have <4 allocations for 2016. A good amount are taken already with deposits... I'm one because I also have a non-R '16 scheduled to build in Oct.

I suggest not to be joykill and let the OP provide the lead to a ready & serious buyer. It's nice enough that he posted the availability, whether ADM or not.

Hey I don't like ADMs...but it is what it is. If you can find a deal without one, then obviously it's the best deal for you. $5k over is not a steal but allocations are shrinking and I suspect if you want one before 2017, you're going to have to pony up (no pun intended)
