GT Strut Tower Brace and Nut Part #

Here is the Strut Tower I got from Shelby American out of Las Vegas, and the right nut. The nut is NOT 10X1.25!!! It is 10X1.5 and here is the pic of the part # if anybody else has had problems

I found the nuts on eBay. The Home Depot ones are the wrong pitch.

Just wondering what you paid for them? Looking at Ebay, I got mine from the dealership for cheaper, which is surprising!!!

And they worked for you? I need them but I keep finding conflicting part numbers and people saying that they don't work.

To mount this factory brace on a non-PP, non-convertible, non-everything car, without the firewall K-bracing, does it need spacers on one (or both) sides?

I didn’t use spacers. Didn’t know it was necessary.
