This is something that I plan to take in to my dealer, but I'm just wondering if anyone else has noticed it. I know not many people got the silver in the first place, but it was an extra cost option, so I'm a little upset.
The problem is, the paint is already coming off my wheels with 14,000 miles on. I'm hoping I can get them redone by my dealer, who did a fantastic job fixing the paint on my door, but I just don't think it should have happened at all.
Maybe this is why they only had black to start with, you wouldn't notice when the paint started coming off.
I wash the car fairly regularly, so brake dust doesn't build up too much on them.
