Hugely impressive from 0-140...starts at about 3:00 in.

Shift into overdrive maybe, or hitting the top speed limiter.
Yeah, it was the shift into 6th. Just shows you how much taller 6th is compared to 5th. Seems like perfect gearing for most race tracks, though, as you wouldn't need to go above 140 on nearly anything outside of maybe Road America.

It craps out at 140 because of the sixth ratio in the tranny. They built it for economy unfortunately not racing.
From what I found online, you have the 3.73 final drive, 1st is 3.657,
2nd is 2.43, 3rd is 1.686, 4th is 1.315, 5th is 1.00, and 6th is 0.651 ratio.

The real issue is sixth.
I spent the time making the video below on what will happen if you change that final ratio to something like a 0.90. I really wish this was the type of mod the aftermarket would support. It just doesn't seem like the type of thing people change on a car unfortuantely. In the video below I show you what the stock gears look like, then I change the ratio for sixth gear and do the pull again. Thing will haul ass!

edit: video added,
if you're curious I checked and at 70mph, revs are just under 3000rpm with the 0.90 sixth gear. Ok maybe it's not so practical. But that should solve the mystery of why sixth is useless on these cars (for racing).

19 seconds 0-200 km/h.
Far behind a M235i and 2 seconds behind a 2014 GT.

Something is not right here. He seems to shift really slowly
It says 150 miles in the center screen. Is this the total mileage?

Even though I will likely be slightly slower to 100 than the PP, I would think my GT manual with 3.31 gears should pull quicker to 150+ as my 5th/6th shift wouldn't be until 157mph.

The instrumented tests show other wise. The 15 GT PP was way ahead of the m235i. This was brought up months ago in many different threads.
