GT 350 just got crushed by the C8

My one fear is the cockpit won't be big guy friendly. The c6 I once owned was a tight fit, and uncomfortable. If the c8 is the same then I may not be a buyer for it.

Check the C8 forum at Corvetteforum.com. Someone posted a pic of themselves sitting in one. Claimed to be well over 6 feet and hefty and there was lots of room.

Dealers are hosting touring examples and many are allowing people to sit in them. Maybe a dealer near you will be doing that. Schedule posted in that forum. Note: people are saying some dates are wrong but not which dealers, so call any you plan to visit to confirm the date.

I love my 5.0 GT but If I'm going to spend 60k+ on a car and I know a mid engine C8 I meet on the road will kick b=my behind from one light to the other then there's no way I'm getting a GT500 with ADM 100k price. Let's all accept the truth. Corvette has significantly changed the game here, I know which car I'm buying next in 2021. Corvette C8 for sure. And my goodness, it looks so so much better.

A C8 parked next to a GT500, the C8 looks more like the luxury car and it will cost less. Just hard truths

True. And I feel more sorry for those who paid over 100k plus for them with ADMs. In retrospect, it was a daylight robbery Ford pulled on all of them.

There are some rumors going around that the GT500's 760hp is actually wheel hp. If this is true this is a new game changer. This could be fords answer to the C8. If it is true it is easily a six figure car. Unfortunately it does nothing to help the 350

Huh? What are you talking about? The C8 vs GT500 comparison is pointless. Would you compare a base v6 Challenger to a Demon?

Wait until the Z06 or ZR1 comes out to compare it to a GT500.

Base C8 is more comparable to the GT350 both in price and horsepower.

What are you talking about 6 figure car? A Z06 C8 will prolly be a little over 100k as the current C7s top 6 figures depending on how optioned too.

GT350 prices are worth it for the Voodoo engine alone. It is theeeee greatest sounding American V8 ever period.
