After our rendezvous through the hill country at speeds previously unknown to man...several of us found our cars had taken a beating. I have contacted a vendor in Dallas, with shops close to Park Place Porsche and another at Trinity Mills & Midway. He has agreed to great pricing if we can get a group of 5 cars together.

Warrantied for the life of the vehicle against cracking, discoloration, etc
All work needs to be done in his shop to protect against contaminants and provide the correct temperature for install.

This is considered a "half-wrap" +
18-24" of hood (full hood +$400)

I have paint work that needs to be done as well. I have contacted two mobile touch up vendors. Tried to get the work done yesterday but it was too damn windy...being an outdoor painting job I was told that it's not "ideal". Meaning there is always going to be some wind and temperature variance, etc, but yesterday was just too much to expect decent results. The car is getting a hand wash and wax today and another painting vendor is gonna take a look. We will see.

I'm in however I have a dent in my hood from a rock, not huge but too big to just paint. Once I get that solved I'll want to do this.

Doubt it rock created a dent but also went through the primer to metal.

Yup, a little body work, paint and back in business. "It is, what it is". Was still a great weekend. Been better if I hadn't been fighting post flu bronchitis but again "it is....well you know".
