Does anyone know of a grab rail that can be fitted to a 2019 GT?

We have handles in my Nissan Titan pickup and in her 2020 Acura MDX, but none in the 6-speed Mustang GT. Wife hates getting bounced around by shifting, even though I don't drive it or shift it roughly. Anyone ever see an aftermarket handle that can be fitted to the headliner near the door, preferable about the first third of the window or so?

No go, the A pillar has airbags.

Your best bet is to install a Schroth 4 point Quick Fit Pro Harness to hold securely her in place. She won’t move when strapped into one of these. The good news is, they make them for the 2018+ now. I just installed one on my driver’s seat. Although my seats are Recaros, you can still install them on the standard seats as well. Very easy install.
