This morning when I pulled out of my neighborhood my car threw the check engine light. Took it to the dealer and the tech tells me it caused an overboost code and I need to put the recirc hose back on. I thought that the MAP sensors would account for this but I guess not. Anyone else have a similar experience? I did also notice my car would have the occasional power loss (less than 10 psi of boost) but it would go away with a quick restart. And what can I do to get that sweet sound back?

Been running my car VTA since 150mi. I'm at 6k now, no issues at all. Only time my car has ever gone into limp mode was when I forgot to plug in the AIT sensor in the air tube by the airbox.
