Glare Strip? Keep or not

My last car was the first time I ever had the glare strip done. I also felt the same about the cockpit/tank driver feel. I got used to it and glad it was there. As someone said above, we can't put tint below the AS-1 line, so it's a no go here. I would if it was legal.

Looks about an inch or 2 too thick ... figure out how much needs to be cut from the bottom edge and see if they can do that.

I think you're correct. I like the glare strip, but it's a bit too far into my field of vision. A little off the bottom would be a great compromise.

It's mostly just skyward, but it's also forward. If something is up high like a building, a close sign, a street light, it will be shaded by the tint.

I have the whole windshield done and the strip. Never bothered me or thought twice about removing it.

What depth is it?
My tinter in AZ wants to add one to my front glass, 6 inches is legal he says.
I think I'd like it a little shorter.
Have you gotten used to it now?
