I told them to do that and when I get off at 10pm tonight if nothing is in my mail box I will be at the dealer first thing in the morning to cancel and get my money back if that's even possible.:frusty:

If you didn't sign anything and they can't provide proof that they ordered it then they cannot keep your deposit. Simple as that although it may be a fight. When in doubt get the owner involved (if possible) or at least the general manager.

My dealership told me its a $500 non refundable technically but if anything came up and I needed to back out they don't hold people hostage he said "life happens and we get it. We just rely on people coming back so we can't screw people"

If they can't prove they ordered it they can't keep your deposit, even if they call it non-refundable. They haven't done anything that the deposit is earned money to them, nor fulfilled their part of the bargain to order the car for taking the deposit money.

Update just got off checked my phone they haven't sent me anything usefull just that they are looking, at this point I'm done with them im the morning I'm demanding my money back I don't think they ordered it at all ..

so guess IL be waiting longer for my Guard Pp Gt :headbonk: again I appreciate the help on here and will let you all know how it goes in the morning

Also I know it's sketchy but worst case call your bank cancel the check and or cancel the credit card payment. Let them know you bought a car and they could not deliver product therefor you left empty handed.

Here's the scoop just went in and they had the (dora) so the car was indeed put in , now I'm just waiting for them to correct the tracking issues yippy!!! what a relief

DId they give you a copy of the DORA? Curious to whether they gave you the correct order number and dealer code the first time. Should be in COTUS.

Talk about pulling teeth and nails lol yes they gave me the copy of the (Dora) Il have to review it again been highly busy today didn't even think of checking if the codes matched the ones on the order summary I do remember it had a Vin bit only like 5 numbers. IL review it when I'm home later.

If I can figure oUT how to upload the (Dora) here Il do that so you can review if any funny business is still taking place lol
